Hållbar hälsa stresshantering har sitt säte på gården Bolet 356 i Harplinge (Halmstad) och erbjuder föreläsningar, kurser, retreats, samtalsstöd, mindfulnessaktiviteter, djurunderstödd stressterapi samt avslappningsmassage.

Företaget erbjuder även workshops i stresshantering samt handledning till ledare och arbetslag. För de arbetsplatser som önskar det kan också kartläggning av stressnivåer hos enskilda individer och grupper plus kartläggning av organisatoriska stressfaktorer, erbjudas.

Caroline har en bred kompetens inom området stress-och stresshantering då hon både har stor teoretisk kunskap samt egen erfarenhet av utmattning. Hon har tidigare arbetat som specialpedagog under ett flertal år, vilket gett henne pedagogisk erfarenhet samt stor inblick och kunskap om skolans värld.
